The Coffee Works boutique roastery is totally dedicated to the art of coffee …coffee is our passion!
The Coffee Works is renowned for premium Arabica coffees selected from local plantations on the Cairns Highlands and from around the world, which we roast in small batches daily. Over the years we have perfected more than 43 rich and delicious coffees and a range of gourmet coffee products for your ultimate enjoyment.

CHOCOLATE

At the Coffee Works you can choose from has a seriously superb selection of chocolates in our very own Chocolaterie. Our chocolatiers handcraft a range of decadent dark, wicked white and magnificent milk chocolate creations infused with the flavours of tropical Australia.

LIQUEUR

Luscious Australian coffee and chocolate liqueurs are created for and exclusive to the Coffee Works. Our coffee liqueurs are made from our very own local espresso coffee, Black Mountain, and are available on two styles – 18% and 22%. Our delicious Liqueurs are offered as part of a selection of Gift Hampers we have created especially for you.

TEA

The Coffee Works offers a selection of four of the world’s most rare teas fresh form local plantations. We have a tea for everyone from the full flavour of ‘Swagman’s Tea to the fine and elegant taste of Misty Mountains Tea. Savour the finest leaves from the Cairns Highlands.
