Currently our certified organic coffee is a straight PNG Organic ‘Porosa’.  When available the PNG Organic is blended with an East Timorese certified organic to provide a flavour synergy quite different to the individual origins.

The cupping shows good fruity acidity, a character of most good PNG coffees. The flavour and aroma fragrance is typical of a well prepared high altitude PNG coffee - up front on the palate and pleasant with a clean short finish. The coffee is an excellent stand-alone plunger and / or filter drink.
